Two Bedroom Unit $313.00 dues
Three Bedroom Unit $363.00 dues
A one time Special Assessment is due on October 1, 2024 for the increased cost of the insurance.

Numerous projects have been completed at Wimbledon in the past five years, including the following:
* Reroofing - 2016 - 2017 (most roofs)
* Repaving - Jan. 2020
* Repainting - Dec. 2020
* New PVC fencing along the north and south property lines - 2022
* Upgrades to the landscaping in all the breezeways - 2023
* Gutter guards added to tree covered gutters - 2023
* New LED lights in all parking lights - May 2022
* Putting in new sod - 2024
